In the process of discovery, it was noted that all Pathfinder employees are required to invest in the same funds that are sold to their clients. This disruptive and noteworthy practice of being “Equally Invested” was engineered into the Pathfinder brand strategy and is woven throughout Pathfinder’s website, stationery, and financial reports.
